    Great location, close to the lake but not directly on a noisy street. A lot of good local eats and cafés at walkable distance, cute cocktail bar downstairs (with a door that cuts off sound in between). Host was really friendly and nice and even let me check in super early after my overnight train, and welcomed me warmly with banh com. Good water pressure and temperature, and host was very attentive. Self check in was very easy, same with check out.

    Really like our stay here (1 night) - it was in a good location, was really clean and comfortable. Highlight was the free laundry on the rooftop. The lady who runs it is also super helpful and really friendly

    Only downside is the size of the room however that’s all the same with Vietnam hotels so was a minor and expected

    Amazing location, perfect for exploring Hanoi. The room has everything you will need, and the air con works well! Van was the best host, giving me amazing food recommendations and always being there to help me navigate the city. Free laundry is a plus too!
