Location, hot water
1. No elevator: We had to carry our heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. 2. Extremely poor soundproofing: We could clearly hear people talking on the street, making it very difficult to sleep peacefully. 3. Promised crib was not set up: Despite the host agreeing to arrange a crib in advance, there was none when we arrived. No sheets. 4. No blackout curtains: The rooms were very bright, and combined with the street noise, our child struggled to sleep. 5. Broken dryer: The dryer did not work. The check-in instructions stated that a user manual was available in the guidebook, but it was actually missing. 6. No housekeeping: During our entire eight-night stay, the apartment was not cleaned even once. 7. Lack of basic supplies: Apart from toilet paper, there were no tissues or paper towels. We had to purchase these ourselves. 8. Very slow communication: The host typically took at least two hours to respond, and sometimes did not reply until the following day.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti da Victoria Station, in zona tranquilla e che dà un senso di sicurezza anche di notte. L'host è stato disponibile a risolvere qualche piccolo problema riscontrato. Molto graditi i caffè messi a disposizione. Ampia dotazione di coperte, cuscini e asciugamani. Appartamento pulitissimo, specialmente il bagno e la cucina. Dopo tanti soggiorni problematici in UK dal punto di vista della pulizia, finalmente un appartamento vivibile.
Un po' di problemi di comunicazione prima dell'arrivo, risolti il giorno prima ma che mi hanno fatto temere per la qualità del soggiorno. Sulle istruzioni per il ritiro della chiave, le foto esplicativi non erano accessibili in quanto appoggiate su un server non accessibile dall'Italia, ma l'host contattato telefonicamente ha dato supporto immediato.

the stay was OK but we would not stay there again
Location
The noise from a local bar across the road was terrible on some nights. The response from the owners to requests was very poor. I am still waiting for my final invoice. Poor messaging response/monitoring

Quiet and comfortable
Lovely spot and lots of light. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were superb when I got locked out. Very grateful
Bed was a little flimsy, would profit from a better matress. New coat hangers, as most were broken.
