    Piscina aquecida, apartamento completo, espaço fechado e privado bem decorado, com sítios para relaxar e mesas exteriores para cada apartamento.

    Iluminação do apartamento insuficiente. Sendo uma casa "típica" e não modernizada é chato cozinhar e não ter um exaustor. Fica cheiro da comida no interior do apartamento. O espaço exterior tem estendais para todos os apartamentos mas não são suficientes. Cada apartamento podia ter um estender pequeno portátil.
