  Une magnifique adresse aux Açores !

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu cette agréable sensation d’être dans une véritable petite maison de vacances, chaleureuse et pleine de charme, où l’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi. La maison est très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la magnifique vue sur la mer, la place de parking très pratique, ainsi que le joli jardin plein de fleurs, qui donnent beaucoup de charme à l’ensemble. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir les alentours. Le très joli village est accessible à pied, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de l’ambiance locale. Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques, disponibles et réactifs, ce qui est très appréciable. Une maison pleine de charme, avec cette impression d’être dans notre petite cabane de vacances, loin de chez nous mais pourtant immédiatement à l’aise, comme à la maison. Une très belle adresse pour découvrir les Açores en famille. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

  La ubicación y el entorno donde está.

  Reservamos el alojamiento por la piscina, al llegar la piscina estaba vacía con un cartel de avería, además de estar en mal estado con bastante oxido y desgastada, nadie nos ha había avisado antes de esta situación, de hacerlo hubiéramos buscado alternativas ya que no se cumple con el servicio anunciado. Casa bastante vieja, necesita un gran cambio en todo el interior, esta muy mal aprovechado, cosas rotas (manguera de jardín pinchada por varios sitios, tapa del váter suelta, ¡¡¡no se puede tirar papel higiénico por el váter!!!, la lavadora encajada que no se puede girar la ruleta de los programas, muebles de la cocina con las puertas que se "caen") un sin fin de cosas que hacen una estancia bastante mala, que con poco lo mejoran y tienen un sitio espectacular. Es necesario un aire acondicionado para refrigerar durante el día.

  We definitely recommend this place.

  There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay : equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, good sized sitting room with dining room, place to hang wet clothes in the garden. And a terrace upstairs with an amazing view of the ocen.

  Absolutely unacceptable conditions – Avoid this place!

  The condition of the garden and plants

  The overall condition of the accommodation is very poor, I strongly recommend looking for something else. Issues: - Disgusting sewage stench from the drainage system and a strong musty odor throughout the entire house - Unhygienic toilet situation with no prior info or photos indicating that soiled toilet paper must be thrown into a small bin, and no proper infrastructure provided for its disposal - Dangerous, very old metal baby cot with peeling white paint and a safety barrier that cannot be raised - Non-closing bedroom door, making it impossible for the child to sleep in peace - Stained bedding, filthy and foul-smelling kitchen cloths, no dish-drying rack Booking.com Support: We contacted Booking.com customer support immediately upon arrival to report these issues. Unfortunately, absolutely nothing was done to resolve the situation until the second-to-last day of our trip when they finally contacted the owner. Despite admitting to every issue except the stains on the bedsheets, the owner still claimed that the conditions were fine and refused any type of compensation or refund, and Booking just left it at that. Furthermore, Booking completely failed to assist us in finding or financing alternative accommodation. Because the conditions were completely unbearable, the majority of our group was unable to stay there. They left after the very first night and had to urgently find and pay for alternative accommodation on the completely opposite side of the island on their own.
