Views from the room and from the restaurant are amazing, nice big green territory. Breakfast is simple, but good. It's not quite possible to walk anywhere from the hotel, so either car or taxi is mandatory. (we knew it, so were not surprised)

Furniture is tired, bit of mold in the bathroom and on the bathroom curtain.

Slechte housekeeping.

Excellent view of Funchal and the sunrise was better than the official website photo!

There were bugs and mosquitoes in the room, understandable as there were so many flowers and shrubs around. Difficult to drive out of the entrance because couldn’t see the traffic well, should install a mirror outside the entrance.
