For guests booking Double or Twin Rooms, Studios and Apartments, please note that the spa is not included in the room rates and has an extra cost of EUR 35,00 per day. Please also note that guests below 16 years old are not allowed to use the Spa. Please note that the Suite with Spa Access cannot accommodate extra beds. Massages and holistic therapies are available at the Spa center and the indoor heated pool is included in the spa entrance fee during our Spa center opening hours. The outdoor pool water is at ambient temperature. The Spa entrance Fee includes the free use of the Spa facilities : bathrobe, slippers, towels, locker, tea, water, indoor pool, ice fountain, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation shower, relaxation area and fitness room table tennis, outdoor swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas. Treatments are not included. A deposit may be required at the property.

Une merveille
Quasiment tout et surtout le jardin 😲 somptueux. Chambres vastes, présents à l'arrivée avec Madère et Gâteau au miel, hôtel calme, petit déjeuner parfait, repas au restaurant très bien sous forme de buffet, gentillesse du personnel et réactivité, espace bien être avec jacuzzi, bain turc, hammam, sauna, piscine intérieure et extérieure....
Le seul petit bémol était la vétusté de la salle de bains mais, très sincèrement, au regard du reste c'était un détail qui je suis certain va être corrigé prochainement.

Beautiful gardens and a very enjoyable stay
We loved the gardens, the garden studio was bigger than we expected, well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the spa. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The bed was a little too firm for our liking. The outside pool was too cold for us to use.

Erholsamer Urlaub in mitten eines wunderschönen Gartens
Ich bin angereist mit einem Handicap mit dem Rücken und war schlecht zu Fuß. War bei diesem Hotel kein Problem, weil fast alle Wege behindertengerecht waren. Es gibt zum Pool, zum Restaurant und durch den Garten immer eine Möglichkeit den Stufen auszuweichen. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind leicht zugänglich und man hat das Gefühl mitten in einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten zu sein. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und es gab immer freie Liegen. Wir konnten uns bei all der Ruhe und der schönen Umgebung wundervoll erholen.
Die Parkplatzsituation am Hotel war eine Herausforderung. Die Plätze sind sehr eng. Das war den begrenzten Möglichkeiten geschuldet. Jeden Tag, wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen zurückkamen, war es spannend, ob ein Platz frei war und wir einparkt werden. Es gibt Parkplatz-Personal, das Anweisungen erteilt. Grundsätzlich ist das Parken auf Madeira ein Problem. Wir haben immer extra Zeit für Parkplatzsuche eingeplant, wenn wir zu Wanderungen oder Ausflügen aufgebrochen sind.
