emplacement , facilites pour aller à Funchal , endroit agréable pres de tout (supermarché)
manquait seulement des petites cuillères (bizarre) mais tout le reste était impeccable . Petit problème avec la cuisinière au gaz mais réglé des le lendemain.Réaction très rapide de l hôte.

Estancia perfecta en todo
El anfitrión lo tenia todo muy bien preparado, vino a darme las llaves al aeropuerto, y nos dejo un planing de que hacer en la isla. El papartamento es amplio con mucha luminosidad, tiene lavadora y es amplio tiene mucho espacio tanto en el salon como fuera, se puede ver el mar y estas entre plataneras. Muy bonito.
Hay alguna cuesta para llegar al alojamiento, pero es normal en la isla.

Pervasive mould – and a dishonest response

The apartment had a powerful musty smell and visible damp and mould in every room, including extensive damage where the walls met the ceilings. The photographs speak for themselves. We left two nights early and paid to stay elsewhere. The handling of our complaint was almost as unacceptable. After initially apologising and promising a full refund, the host dishonestly tried to rewrite events: claiming our real concern was the bed size, reducing pervasive mould to minor bathroom paint damage, and falsely asserting that alternative accommodation had been offered. Only after I challenged this fabricated account point by point was the promised refund finally issued. A refund does not erase the condition of the property or the attempt to misrepresent what happened. I would strongly advise prospective guests to examine the attached photographs before booking.
