    Ce qui m’a le plus impressionné, ce n’était pas tant la chambre que les personnes qui travaillent ici. Chaque échange avec le personnel était sincère et professionnel. Ils avaient toujours le sourire, se souvenaient des clients et faisaient tout leur possible pour que chacun se sente à l’aise. La qualité de leur service a été, sans aucun doute, le point fort de mon séjour.

    Good connection overall

    The internet was reliable throughout my stay. I had to work for part of the trip, including a few video calls and file uploads, and everything went smoothly. The Wi-Fi stayed reasonably stable even during the busier times of the day. It wasn’t something I had to think about or troubleshoot, which made working from the room much easier.

    I appreciated how efficiently the hotel handled unexpected situations. During my stay there was a temporary power outage, and the staff immediately offered to transfer me to another hotel in the same group while arranging transportation for me. Fortunately, the electricity returned before I left, but I was impressed by how quickly they found a solution instead of simply apologizing.
