    Struttura ricettiva non gradita.!

    Unica nota positiva: Che si trovasse al centro di Napoli!

    La camera sembra apparentemente pulita ma quando poi siamo andati a disfare le valigie abbiamo notato polvere sui mobili, macchie sul pavimento, capelli in bagno e quindi abbiamo chiesto di pulirla nuovamente. Al momento della cena troviamo la tovaglia con notevoli macchie di unto quindi inutilizzabile. La cucina è solo estetica (non vi si può cucinare quindi si è obbligati a consumare sempre fuori o ad acquistare in giro). In bagno non vi erano prodotti per l'igiene e ci è stato detto di provvedere (la clausola invece riporta che avrebbero dovuto essere omaggio per i clienti). Potremmo continuare ancora (cicche di sigarette in balcone "noi non fumiamo"; il materasso matrimoniale con notevoli "rialzi" da renderlo scomodissimo; etc etc. Infine: La signora delle pulizie si presenta poco cordiale e la proprietaria non l'abbiamo vista mai una volta nemmeno per l'accoglienza. Napoli è bellissima ma se dovessimo tornare sicuramente non sceglieremmo nuovamente MezzoCannone. Cordiali saluti!

    Location: Right in the city center, but that is literally the only good thing about thi

    Room standard and cleanliness: The rooms are only for very low-maintenance guests. The bedsheets looked like they hadn't been changed after the previous guests - I actually found a used wet wipe inside my bed. I was so disgusted that I had to sleep on my own towel. Host's behavior: For the entire three days of our stay, the owner constantly harassed me with WhatsApp messages regarding the tourist tax. In other places in Italy, you simply leave the cash in the room upon check-out, but here the pressure was unbearable. Lack of privacy: The owner kept sending her assistant into our room while we were out just to check if we had left the money yet, all while continuously spamming me with messages. We were so relieved to leave this place. We moved on to Dubrovnik, where we could finally relax properly. Highly do not recommend.

    Locazione, materassi comodissimi,area condizionata ,silenzioso

    Non c'era lavatrice,e stata una bella sorpresa con 2 bambini piccoli. 5 giorni senza lavatrice e senza almeno 1 cambio asciugamani.
