Great location. Lovely host and very good value.
Lovely old former watermill, which has been restored beautifully by the owner and is full of interesting items and an eclectic collection of art. Luciano, the owner, is charming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with great views of the nearby town with its castle.

Fantastic!!!
We had a wonderful experience at B&B Mulino Marsa! Luciano welcomed us so warmly into his home and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was lovely, served with beautiful place settings on a charming cross-stitched tablecloth that added such a personal and special touch. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The garden was intriguing and delightful, with little hidden areas to explore and enjoy. We also loved being able to walk easily into the beautiful town of Castell’Arquato. Overall, it was a truly lovely stay, filled with warmth, charm, and Italian hospitality. We would happily recommend B&B Mulino Marsa to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable place to stay!
