    We enjoyed the location, comfort & ample breakfast.

    Location was perfect , bedding was high quality & comfortable, breakfast had a wide variety of delicious items…& we enjoyed visiting with the other guests.

    The shower head wouldn’t stay up…I’m sure it would have been fixed if we’d remembered to mention it. Hand towels wash cloths would have been nice. There were some thin towels, but unclear what they were meant for.

    Lage, wenig Zimmer, am Frühstückstisch kommt man ins Gespräch mit anderen Gästen. In unserer Zeit waren Schotten und Kanadier mit am Tisch.

    Lovely stay and delicious breakfast in a nice property

    We liked the room with breakfast idea and had some lovely conversations with other visitors over breakfast. The lounge area was lovely and nice to sit there after being out in the evening. The breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean.

    The host was welcoming but didn't offer too much conversation. The room itself was ok but could do with a bit of upgrading compared to the lovely lounge area.

    Excellent location in heart of Bologna. Friendly host speaking good English, with a very nice specious apartment, top floor with nice views of red roofs, large comfortable room and excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast.
