  Online check-in - the link on Booking.com was not working. Managed via WhatsApp. BUT - the instructions on how to enter the property would not load. This caused a little worry that we would turn up with no ability to gain entry. BUT, the link to the instructions worked ok at 3pm (the time of entry). In future - it would help if the details would load earlier or that it was made clear that they would work at 3pm.

  Good location and good views

  Kettle in kitchen don’t work and lights in the main bathroom don’t work. The manager didn’t follow up security problems

  Beware: mandatory cleaning fee

  The apartment itself is exceptional, the location ad views are stunning.

  We were charged a €41.30 cleaning fee before we could confirm check in. We booked non refundable, so were basically faced with losing the booking or paying an additional unexpected fee that we had not budgeted for. Given we were only staying one night, €41.30 felt very expensive. Additionally, the amenities in the apartment were a bit disapointing - only decaf coffee, no conditioner in the shower, only a two in one shampoo that left my hair very dry (i'd usually carry hair products when I travel but assummed at this pricw it would have been provided).
