The apartment is comfortable and the location is okay—it's about a 25-minute walk to the Colosseum, maybe even a bit less. However, since we visited at the end of June when it was 38°C, even that walk felt like a bit too much. On the bright side, the neighborhood is really quiet, and it's mostly filled with locals, which gave us a great, authentic experience.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The bed in the 'living room'—which is actually just a hallway—was quite dirty and had visible stains. The towels were not washed properly and had yellow stains on them; they are definitely not being washed at 90°C, which should be a basic standard for any accommodation. The beds were quite uncomfortable with old mattresses. In one room, the bedding was stained, and overall, the linens in both rooms were worn out—it’s obvious that countless people have slept in them. For the price we paid, they should really invest in new bedding. To make matters worse, we were greeted by ants and small moisture bugs in the bathtub.
