Amazing location, felt so safe and so luxurious to be right on the water.

Safe and secure, well maintained, clean accomodation. It was warm with HRV heating from the floor. Comfortable beds, modern decor and appliances. Although the lock on the gate was a bit fiddly and the toilet door locked us out, the property management team replied to our queries fast to fix the issues.

My grand daughter was scared of the plates on the dining room wall.

Excellent stay near lake. Handy to all of Rotoruas attractions but peaceful and serene to come back to.

Great location. Comfortable, clean and homely.

Could be a little tricky to find as Google maps sends you to wrong end of road.
