  What I appreciated most about this flat was the host's flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Unlike most places that stick to 15:00 check-in and 10:00 check-out, this host offers 14:00 and 11:00, which was especially helpful in my situation.

  - There were two beds and a separate bedroom. - The washer and dryer seemed clean as there were no visible stains or mold.

  I chose this apartment primarily due to the positive reviews and the close proximity to various attractions. However, in reality the stay was quite disappointing. Here are the reasons why it failed to meet our expectations: - Our request to check in at 7-8pm went unanswered for 3 days. Upon various emails/phones/messages, we finally got our check in instruction 1:37pm the day of, which really got us worried. - The neighborhood was quite sketchy and the building was run-down with random graffiti on the doors. We arrived at 7pm and it was so dark in the building that we couldn't even find the light switch and elevator until a resident helped us. There were also various people under influence (i.e. drug/alcohol?) on the street at 7:30pm when we tried to go get some groceries. - The apartment seemed clean at first, but we soon realized that there were heavy fragrances used in all the rooms to mask certain odors. The beds smelled. It was mentally and physically unsettling to think the beds, sheets (beige) and towels (brown) were not clean. - The kitchen was quite limited in capacity. I believe there were a microwave and a plug in stove. Upon arrival, we thought the refrigerator wasn't working because it wasn't cold inside. We later found out it was because the door was crooked so it was hard to close properly. There were also no drying racks for dishes, so we really couldn't do much. - The communication with the host took some time as we seem to be talking pass each other. It took us a few days to eventually get access to the laundry room on the first floor. As each load takes over 4 hours (>2 washing + >2 drying), it was quite inconvenient.

  Comfortable stay, clean apartment, very well connected to transportation

  Everything was very, very clean. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need to cook (including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave). The bed was very big and comfortable (I think the mattress was new). We weren’t cold, you can set the heating however you want. The water pressure was amazing. Very well connected to the city center by metro, bus and tram (takes around 15-20 min to get there) The communication with the host was easy, we didn’t have any problems. Detailed instructions how to get in the building. Fast wifi and a smart TV.

  The door to the apartment is quite old (although the lock is new) so it would sometimes shake and make noise when someone entered the building. The place could use blackout curtains that cover the window fully.
