    We had such high hopes but the resort failed to deliver :(

    The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. As well as that the room we had was very comfortable with a lovely balcony.

    The WiFi was a huge problem. We were promised speeds of up to 300MB at the time of booking but it was around 1/2MB when we reached. We were told this was because the report was very busy but I didn’t think this was a valid response. We were given a WiFi device which was very kind of the staff but even that was temperamental. Additionally, the cleaning service of our room was very poor. A lot of the time it would only be the bed that was done and very minor things here and there. When paying around €250 per night you expect the cleaners to go above and beyond. However, it seemed they did the bare minimum and rushed. Sometimes we would come back to our room and see the same sheets duvet cover had been re-spread on our bed. We had some problems with the toilets too with there not being proper drainage in the sinks and the water was either too hot or too cold.

    Friendly staff but a bit of outdated rooms with bad food

    The staff ( exceptionally Vashish the butler and Dora from the buffet) was very friendly and welcoming

    Everything was amazing, the resort, the room, and specially the staff. They were very kind, thoughtful, warm and always looking after us if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone.
