    Staff is extremely polite, room and hotel in general is very clean. I stayed for 2 nights only, my room was checked, bed was done, amenities were replenished, even the free bottle of water that I used (was not necessary as there were two). The night receptionist when I arrived, upgraded me to a junior suite which was a very nice gesture. Buffet breakfast was very good too, could find anything you need.

    One of the best hotels in Beirut hands down.

    Our stay at the Radisson Blu Verdun was exceptional in every possible way! Although we stayed for only one night, it was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and extremely well maintained. The location is fantastic, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was Walid at the reception. I cannot praise him enough! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with such genuine kindness and dedication to guests. I sincerely hope the management recognizes the exceptional level of service he provides, because people like him are what turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one. I would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. A huge thank you to Walid for making our stay so special!
