    Secondo soggiorno al Radisson. Siamo clienti fidelizzati, ma la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva come la precedente.

    Siamo iscritti al programma Radisson Rewards che promette vantaggi e servizi privilegiati. Abbiamo ottenuto una delle peggiori camere. Abbiamo atteso a lungo al check-in perché non rispettano la corsia prioritaria per i soci. Al contrario della prima esperienza, lo staff alla reception è stato poco accogliente e sbrigativo.
