    Not much

    Didn’t inform us about building works being done, no signs up directing us of where to go as the main doors are boarded up, staff very unhelpful, lift not working, asked the guy on the desk about parking he didn’t have a clue, absolutely useless, room was like a shoe box, would never go back

    .Staying on a building site

    The staff were kind and very apologetic for the state of the hotel which was under renovation and should not have remained open for business during this time.

    Main entrance closed and guests obliged to use service entrance. Lack of lift to reception and obliged to use stairs (I have had spinal surgery recently) All normal facilities of 4 star hotel missing due to renovation and zero value for money. If I had booked direct would have asked for discount and think you should ask for rebate on my behalf and any other clients you may have.Radisson has a generally good reputation but this was definitely sub standard. Cleaning service at 4 30 pm not acceptable. Would not be surprised if Radisson dropped the hotel as of now it's only saving grace is it's location
