    Staff are kindness personified

    Very friendly and helpful staff who can speak English. A special thank you to breakfast staff member Jocelyn who is always smiling with the guests, makes them feel at ease and would make a great service manager someday. The other gentlemen wearing jackets at the buffet were also very helpful. Breakfast itself was impressive with a variety of eastern and western options. Housekeeping lady who worked on night shift on 13th,14th and 15th October for the 20th floor was very kind and had a great attitude to her work. Check in was quick and check out also very convenient thanks to reception staff member Jessica. Concierge staff were very helpful with transporting bags and coordinating ride to the airport. Room was clean with good temperature control. Easy to find food close by with multiple shopping malls in the vicinity.

    Wifi didn’t work with multiple devices. A very convenient location for sightseeing and train access but multiple touts outside and nearby harassing guests to buy fake goods which needs to be eradicated but probably outside the control of the hotel.

    It was a high priced jail cell with no WIFI

    Location and the room were good

    The WiFi does not allow my VPN account to get any of the non-Chinese search engine and Yahoo Mail where all my accounts were on. I basically was totally not able to communicate with the outside world.
