    It was fair but we expected to be in better quality

    I liked the way the receptionists treated us .They were very helpful and respectful to last minute we left I liked the breakfast ,it was nice

    There was a smell in the pillows like an old one, so it affected my sleep Also there was a smell in the bathroom which I expect came from the toilet The shower curtains looked old and worn off and I expected as it’s a famous hotel to have something nice Also the towels looked old old and there were threads coming from their edges The body lotion bottle at the bathroom also was half full and looked old I hope my comments will help to improve your services in the future Thanks
