    The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean view and a very nice balcony with a seating space. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location, the room and the facilities in the hotel.

    Outside the building there were some Tuktuk drivers who made it a bit difficult for us to get Tuktuks via grab as they sent away some drivers who came by Grab to pick us up. This was an unpleasant experience for us and i think could have been avoided with better security measures outside the building.

    A dream location, with excellent food.

    Very friendly staff, super location, great food.

    1. Laundry pick up just did not turn up. 2. Calling '1' for service was of no use. Nobody picked up the phone.

    Regret booking this hotel

    We loved our room after it was changed

    We didn’t like the service from the members of staff, there was no one at the counter to check in, we had to wait, again food wasn’t upto standard.
