    Excellent service by Manager Jason who helped us to arrange a memorable anniversary celebration! Even though we only had one night stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the executive lounge at 30th floor, and shared complimentary drinks in our room specially arranged by Jason for our celebration, all with a view of the Pearl of the Orient and the Bund! The room was spacious and clean, with bath and shower separate, and very quiet yet near elevator, which is thoughtful because we had mobility issues. The breakfast spread was fantastic but come down before 8am to avoid the queue. The lounge on top floor offered panoramic views of the Bund and the Pearl of the Orient as well, and a wide range of free alcoholic drinks, and excellent service as well!

    Overall the hotel had a great location near public transport, easy access to shopping and food, so no complaints at all!

    Fantastic more traditional hotel in the very centre of the historic city centre.

    The hotel is in an amazing location. Very short walk to the Bund, close to metro station and offers good internet. The breakfast menu is extensive.

    The only upsetting element is that the hustlers from outside offering western visitors unwelcome services, including of unsolicited intimate character, are allowed in the lobby.
