    This hotel is misrepresented by booking.com. I paid top price for a suite with a balcony but there

    Staff were excellent. Airport shuttle excellent.

    I specifically booked a room with a BALCONY. This hotel had no balconies nor opening windows.. My room was overheated and it took two hours for aircon to lower the temperature. Very uncomfortable.
