    Not at all what we were expected given the pictures online and the price we paid

    The location was wonderful as far as its proximity to what events we were attending during our stay.

    The environment surrounding the facility had streets lined with what only can be described as a homeless community. The lobby had a very bad smell when we arrived along with a gentleman eating a bowl of some sort of food while watching tv in his socks. The door jam to our room had clearly been pried open at some point given how bent and out of whack it was. When we returned from an event we had planned that night, we were approached by a woman, a guest I can only assume because she was in a moo moo and slippers and seemed to be under the influence. She stopped myself, my daughter and my daughters mother to stumble over her words about what I understood to be the Detroit lions football team. We were also asked to pay a deposit in case we broke anything in the room, ironically when we got to our room there were stains on the kampshades for some odd reason as well as holes in the wall and a bathroom door that my 10 year old daughter needed help opening and closing because it being a sliding door it was not on track good .
