Horrible front desk service.
Room was spacious, clean.
Front desk service (check-in process) was horrible, worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. There were 4 guests ahead of me, but it took forever to check in each one of them, why, I don't know.. By the time I finally reached the desk, there were ten more guests waiting on line to check-in, and they all had a clear look of frustration for waiting so long. My own check-in went fast compared to the guests' in front of me. But in all honesty, while I was waiting my turn, I did consider leaving and search for another hotel even though I'd lose my reservation money, that's how frustrating the experience was.

The hot tub was great enjoy the facility the restaurant bar our first room had a noisy air conditioner so we'd be we asked to remove and they were happy to move this to it another room
