Horrible
Location of the hotel was good .
Upon arrival at the hotel, on 10/10, my room (904) was not clean - bed was in disarray, trash visible in cans, used towels strewn around the room and bathroom. I revisited the hotel front desk and requested another room. Second room did not initially show to have hot water- revisited the front desk again, was told they would look into it- about 15 minutes after running the faucet, hot water appeared - left room 913 to attend an event at the one of the ballrooms at the Radisson- returned to room and as I was preparing to turn down sheets, a visible bedbug was noticed - took pictures and video - decided to scan the entire bed and 2 more bedbugs were discovered- I captured the bugs in one of the clear plastic cups provided in the room as evidence and revisited the hotel desk at 1:00 am a 3rd time and demanded another room as well as full refund of $162.00 - we were given room 914 and have move all our belongings at 1:25am - keeping in mind this was only a one day stay and I traveled from Ohio to Michigan. I was provided the General Manager, Sahel Chaturvedi card and informed he would have to approve. The credit for the room - I will be calling him today and also reporting to the Michigan State Health Department,
