    A 4 star hotel with bad service

    Well lets start with the fact that the hotel's policy of collecting more money via POS terminal by applying a higher exchange rate. It is called Dynamic Currency Conversion. We paid 55 euros more then the regular price, nobody informed us. I also wrote to the hotel, they didn t bother to answer. Nobody informed me about that, but they have a tips box, they expected to use it, without a minimum information from them. The DCC I consider is a robbery for a 4 star hotel. Not recomand this hotel.
