    Apartament w spokojnej, strzeżonej dzielnicy, z widokiem na morze, otoczony drzewami, z zadaszonym parkingiem, 130m od plaży publicznej, również bardzo spokojnej. We wszystkich oknach, siatki przeciw komarom, dzięki którym można bylo przespać spokojnie noc przy otwartych oknach. Siedząc na tarasie słyszy się szum morza.

    Location situata in un contesto tranquillo, residenziale, con ingresso sorvegliato da una guardiola. Ottima vicinanza alla ciclopedonale con annessi ingressi alle spiaggette, poco affollate, quasi "private". Il centro di Arenzano vicinissimo e bello da visitare, tutto curato e pulito, villa con i pavoni che merita una visita. Casa con tutti i comfort essenziali, ben suddivisa, ottima la presenza di 2 bagni. Consigliato!
