    Buen apartamento sin resolución de problemas de parte del anfitrión

    La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación central, un sitio seguro y tranquilo. El apartamento está en un segundo piso (hay que subir sin ascensor), pero es confortable y de una distribución justa.

    Que no hay NINGUNA comunicación con el anfitrión en cuanto a solución de problemas, ellos se comunican nada más para decirte que te vayas de la propiedad o que pagues, de ahí en fuera no hay comunicación, a pesar de que envié varios mensajes de problemas con el internet. Solo había una taza para una estancia de tres personas, la cafetera tenía un fondo de agua o leche sucia de hacía días, la refrigeradora sucia.

    Perfekte Lage, Ausstattung für Restaurantesser ausreichend

    Perfekte Lage, nah zum Zentrum und nah zum Bahnhof. Ganze Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr gemütliches Bett. Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Sehr viel Stauraum, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Schlafzimmer. Kommunikation mit Ganzgeber lief einwandfrei, Schlüssel zur Wohnung konnten trotz später Ankunft im Schlüsselsafe an der Haupteingangstür entnommen werden. Auch eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung wie man zur Wohnung gelangt wurde einem mitgeteilt.

    Küchenausstattung war sehr gering. Nur eine kleine Pfanne, die andere war leider so verschmutzt und abgenutzt dass man sie nicht mehr nutzen konnte und auch nur ein Topf vorhanden. Wer vorhat Vorort zu kochen muss viel improvisieren. Toilettenpapier war auch vorhanden, allerdings nur 2 kleine Rollen für 7 Nächte und 2 Personen, etwas wenig.

    Buen alojamiento vacacional con todo la necesario para una estancia agradable.

    Buen tamaño, muy cómodo, mucho almacenaje, muy útil, muy bien equipado (lavadora, secador, toallas)

    Sofá de la sala algo sucio, con manchas. El agua caliente de la ducha no duraba mucho, se consumía rápido, da para 2 personas y bastante rápido.

    Convenient for train station

    Absolutely nothing left for guests to use....35 degree heat and not even a bottle of water in fridge, and one sachet of shampoo per guest! Cracked basin surround in the bathroom and in poor condition. Very noisy air conditioning units, sounded like a gale force wind. Lighting was atrocious, single light bulbs hanging from the ceiling with no secondary or accent lighting in either room. Apartment had obviously not been used for a while as unpleasant musty smell throughout our stay. All transactions completed remotely...never met an actual person. Generally would not recommend staying here. POST SCRIPT Property owner made direct contact via WhatsApp (which I understand is not allowed) threatening legal action for defamation. Reported to Booking.com for policy violation and based on my experience would look elsewhere for accommodation!
