The taxi couldn't reach the hotel, so we had to walk about 100 meters with our luggage. The elevator stopped between floors, requiring us to use a narrow spiral staircase. The room door had frosted glass that let in hallway light and a 5 cm gap underneath, causing noise and serious privacy concerns. Street noise from Istiklal Avenue was also disturbing. Due to weather-related issues, the water supply was cut off for 1.5 days, and the hotel had no backup water system.
