    Zentrumsnahe Wohnung, kostenloser Parkplatz an der Wohnung. Umbuchung der Wohnung in eine andere Wohnung am Folgetag nach Reklamation - dadurch war aber leider der erste Urlaubstag bereits verloren :-(. Die Ersatzwohnung für bis zu drei Personen war i.O.

    Erste Wohnung Apartment 16 für bis zu fünf Personen war leider nicht gut gereinigt. Der Fußboden klebte, in den Schränken waren noch Verschmutzungen vom Vormieter. Das Geschirr war leider ebenfalls dreckig. Schalldämmung zur Nachbarwohnung ungenügend - der Fernseher des Nachbarn war bis nach Mitternacht zu hören.

    Gute Lage - viel Lärm

    Die Lage ist top - 5 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 15 min in die Innenstadt. Die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof ist super, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet und komfortabel.

    Bei der Ankunft haben wir am Hauseingang einen Zettel vorgefunden, auf welchem stand, dass allen Hausbewohnern im Zeitraum 18.8. bis 22.8.2026 wg lärmintemsiver Arbeiten am Bahnhof ein Ersatzquartier bezahlt wird. Uns wurde die Wohnung OHNE JEDEN HINWEIS auf diese Arbeiten dennoch vermietet. Wir haben den Vermieter damit konfrontiert, er war jedoch zu keinem Zugeständnis bzw Preisnachlass bereit. Die Nacht bei Lärm trotz geschlossener Fenster war nicht wirklich erholsam. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eine Abstellkammer ohne Fenster. Die Schränke in der Küche und das Geschirr waren nicht besonders sauber. Der Kühlschrank war völlig vereist.
