Excellent accueil, le personnel de la réception et de maintenance ont été très agréables et disponibles. Les chambres sont top, la piscine est belle et en bon état, la vue sur le coucher de soleil depuis l'hôtel est nickel. L'accès au lagon pour snorkeler et le prêt de kayaks pour rejoindre le motu sont un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni, avec une variété de choix.
Seul point noir de notre séjour ; le repas du soir inclus dans la demi-pension. La variété de la carte et la qualité des plats n'étaient pas à la hauteur du reste de l'hôtel. Mauvais contact avec le personnel du restaurant également.

Le meilleur hôtel sur Raiatea !
Très bel hôtel colonial, une belle bâtisse, pleine de charme. Les chambres sont très jolies. Ce qui est super, c'est que devant l'hôtel, au bout du ponton, vous avez un spot de snorkeling qui fait parti des plus beaux que j'ai vu en Polynésie ! Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu également un show polynésien mémorable. Lors de mon séjour, j'en ai vu deux aux différents intercontinental de Tahiti et Bora Bora et également au Tiki village à Moorea et celui vu au Raiatea Lodge était le plus authentique avec des vrais familles polynésiennes danseurs et danseuses de grand mère à petite fille... Un très beau moment de partage dont je me rappellerais très longtemps...
Pour pinailler, le service au repas du soir est un poil long, mais bon, on est en vacances donc, c'est pas très grave...

C’est un lieu où il fait bon vivre et apaisant
C’est un hôtel type familial, le personnel est très à l’écoute et attentionné et une très bonne qualité au niveau des repas avec une belle prestation Piscine chauffée
