    A nice, unique spot in North East Tasmania

    We absolutely loved our stay at Rail Trail Retreat! Such a beautiful, peaceful spot. The setting was gorgeous, and being able to head out for walks straight from the property was a real bonus. A lovely, unique place to stay and a great base for exploring the area. We’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Tasmania!

    Short stay for a work staycation

    Clean, comfortable and a lovely location close yo the rail trail and Scottsdale and delightful Derby not far away.

    I was disappointed I didnt bring my bike to explore the trail more. I will next time.

    Pleasantly Suprising

    Loved the quiet location,the eye for detail,just shows what can be accomplished with some imagination,added touch was our visitor,the beautiful fur baby Gypsy the dog,made it feel more like home❤️

    We had a lovely two night stay, very comfortable and warm, very well equipped kitchen great bathroom and shower,everything that we needed was in the room,even a good BBQ ,also a fir pit which we didn't use as it was raining. Good tv ,beautiful setting outside Mandy was a great host

    Only little thing was the setee it was not very comfortable
