Railay Bay Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier. Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Mir hat gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr ruhig und sauber ist; das Personal war sehr freundlich, unsere Koffer wurden ins Zimmer und auch wieder zum Pier gebracht. Pool und Bar sind sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Zudem ist die Minibar komplett kostenlos, was sehr geil war: jeden Tag zwei neue Cola, Wasser und Snacks.
Was ich nicht so gut fand, war, dass die Steckdosen am Bett nicht funktioniert haben, aber das ist ein kleines Problem; ebenso, dass der Strahl der Dusche innen nicht so perfekt war, aber wir hatten noch eine Außendusche, bei der man den Wasserstrahl gut einstellen konnte – das ist eigentlich das Einzige, was ich auszusetzen habe.
