Unsanitary Accommodation - Unacceptable dirty and hygienic conditions

  -

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION! The accommodation is in an unacceptable hygienic condition. We booked for a 10-night stay, and we left the accomodation and booked another hotel after just one night. The towels provided is not clean, they let us some dirty towels from the other guest and the bed linen/bed sheets are also not clean, yellow, sticky, full of hair. Everything in this room is dirty, sticky and smelly. The owners never checked and clean the kitchen this year. How is possibile that an accomodation like this to be abble to be booked for people to stay in this conditions? Booking needs urgent to verify this property! The overall condition of the accommodation is visibly dirty and does not correspond to a reasonable standard of hygiene for a paid accommodation. Also the bed is an improvised bed with bad arches and the pillows are yellow in a dirty closet, another closet is locked, TV is not working, the AC is not clean inside for years, and the smell is awfull in the whole studio. We reporting the whole situation on booking. The owner didn’t solved anything in the first day after we reported the problems. However in this moment we reported the property on booking, and we asked to get back our money for the last 9 nights because the accommodation was in such poor hygienic and safety conditions, we were unable to stay there for the remaining nine nights. We did not leave because we simply changed our plans or because we no longer wanted the accommodation. We were forced to leave because the property did not provide minimum acceptable conditions for a safe and hygienic stay. They told booking that we stayed there the whole period and everything was all right (no dirty and no hygienic problems). The owners also don’t speak english and After I reported this to the owners, they send an old lady who was searching for towels and cleaned sheets and she doesn’t find anything in the locked closet in the room.
