    Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Größe sind wirklich das Highlight. Auch aus dem Balkon draußen kann man es auch sehr gemütlich machen.

    Die Wohnung ist insgesamt stark veraltet. Beim Öffnen der Schränke schlägt einem ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Zudem war die Reinigung mangelhaft: Überall lagen Staub, Krümel und der Schmutz der Vormieter. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt, es steht lediglich ein Wasserkocher bereit. Der Check-in verlief sehr chaotisch. Die Rezeption war nachmittags nicht besetzt, und die E-Mail mit den Anweisungen wurde erst punktgenau um 14:00 Uhr versendet. Auf unsere höfliche Anfrage, ob wir wegen unseres Babys etwas früher einchecken könnten, erhielten wir lediglich eine patzige Antwort. Hinzu kamen sehr laute Nachbarn, sodass an Erholung kaum zu denken war. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier an der falschen Adresse

    Appartment gut - Service schwach

    Aussicht und Größe des Appartements war gut.

    Schwacher Service bei Ankunft. Fehlerhafte Mail vor Ankunft. Keine handtücher ( kann passieren). Toaster kaputt. Sehr staubige Nebenkammer und Bettdecke.

    Clean spacious unit. Gum Tree outside bedroom with the light at night was pretty.

    A glimpse of water view. The Pool smaller than it looked in advertising. Check in was not warm and welcoming, received text message about check in 5 minutes before check in time with instructions and video. Get to venue, put in code into safe and didn’t work, texted the number then called - no answer (as per instructions). A man appears and I asked, ‘well I haven’t put the keys in the safe because I’m Here’, hands me keys and points to the room. The instructions via a QR code in room, open it and have a list of rules with basically fines, for not putting out rubbish, if AC isn’t turned off when checking out $30, no towels used around pool - $5 for extra towels etc. Then we receive a text message waking us up at 7am, a reminder about putting out our rubbish and turning off AC, shutting windows etc.
