The staffs! Particularly, the lady was so nice and kind. The start of my trip was amazing thanks to her. Breakfast coffee was so good too.

The windows do not block the light completely, but not too bad!

If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Riverside, this is a great option.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities worked well. At one point, I found that the Keurig coffee maker didn't work. I asked the front desk staff for a replacement, and one was installed shortly thereafter.

The shower in Room 215 is very slippery. After slipping and sliding a bit, I placed one of the towels on the shower floor, which prevented any accidental falls.
