    Not very pleasant

    Location was ok

    The entrance to the room was completely unsuitable and raised serious safety concerns. There were steps with no handrails, making access difficult and potentially dangerous. The host had to help us carry our bags because navigating the entrance was so difficult, which was both embarrassing and a clear indication that the accommodation is not suitable for everyone. The entrance was also poorly lit and felt unsafe at night. I strongly advise against staying here if you are middle-aged, elderly, have mobility issues, or use a walking stick. In my opinion, the access is simply not safe or practical for anyone with limited mobility. The parking was another major issue. The parking area was extremely cramped, especially for a larger vehicle, making it very difficult to park and even more difficult to get out safely. This added unnecessary stress and made the overall experience even less comfortable. These are serious accessibility and safety concerns that should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who may struggle with stairs, limited mobility, or parking a larger vehicle.

    Peaceful, beautiful and well equipped.

    Host was on site and very helpful with luggage etc. Showed me how to work everything and made accommodation for my bad knees. Host provided water and fruit and cereal etc. very thoughtful. When the town lost water supply the hostess brought me water to drink and to flush the toilet.

    There are a LOT of stairs to get to the cottage - it is through a stunningly beautiful garden though, so not too bad. I just struggle with bad knees on stairs.

    Lovely stay in Mbombela

    A lovely accommodation separate from the main house. Well appointed with all necessities. Quiet neighborhood. Caring personal touches by Norah. Will stay again.

    Nothing. (entrance can be a little tricky but I easily got my car into the parking lot spot)
