  Great location

Great location! Very well connected. Everything worked the whole time - never had to contact anyone for help

  3rd floor and no elevator.

The location and the apartment was really well appointed

While the apartment was beautiful, well-decorated, and generally a pleasant place to stay, there were some practical issues that affected our experience. The main concern was that the cupboards shown in the listing photos were locked and filled with the owners' personal belongings, leaving virtually no space for guests to unpack or store their clothes. As a result, we had to keep most of our belongings in our suitcases throughout our stay. I felt this was a misrepresentation of the usable storage space available in the apartment. Additionally, there was a clothes drying rack in the bedroom containing wet and semi-dry laundry from previous occupants, which further reduced the available space and made the room feel cluttered. This was not reflected in the listing photographs. I noticed that several previous reviews had mentioned similar concerns. When guests are expected to stay in an apartment, having adequate space to unpack and store personal belongings is a basic practical requirement. While the design and aesthetics of the apartment were excellent, I felt that functionality and guest convenience had been compromised in favor of appearance. Overall, it is a lovely property, but I believe the owners should address these storage and space issues to better align the guest experience with what is presented in the listing.

  Splnilo očakávania

Dobrá poloha, blízko hlavnej stanice a relatívne blízko centra mesta. Self check-in, jasné inštrukcie, pekne vysvetlené.
