  Komfortabler Aufenthalt im Stadtzentrum

  Alles war perfekt: die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab Tee, Kaffee, Shampoo und Grundmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer und Olivenöl waren ebenfalls da. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und eindeutig und die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage im Zentrum.

  Der Kühlschrank ist etwas klein, dort passt leider nicht so viel rein.

  We can not recommend this place and are still waiting for our refund.

  The location proximity to Budapest is good. It's not a far walk to New York cafe' and restaurants and groceries are very close and only a 15 minute walk to the bridge. Buses are also close. Check in had very detailed information and having a kitchenette with dishes, silverware, ways to cook and wash is always a bonus. Budapest itself was amazingly beautiful and fun to explore.

  A clean sheet was put over the dirty mattress cover that had not been washed and it had hair- dark blonde and curly black on it and some type of body fluid so we pulled it off. The mattress also had curly black hair on it which my husband hand picked off because we were tired from travelling. I reacted badly to the room (I don't need an allergy free room), the next morning we found black mold way above the windows and the host admitted to needing to do a better job with cleaning dust off of the wardrobe in their email. Also the vent by bed was black around it and dusty. We were written to that if we would pay to clean the room and agree to claim we were a no show (lie) they would refund us for the cleaning only, not for the room. We had already left prior to that an paid uber to move to another hotel and lost almost a day of our vacation dealing with this as well as 2 days for my health and energy to recover. They have refused to refund us. We left the day after check in, which required us to hotel 40 minutes from town. We also found a notice posted on the wall in English and Hungarian of the ground floor warning others that the police were being notified of noticed drug activity in the building. We have photos of most of this including the warning notice on the wall. We hope this protects you from dealing with this type of unprofessionalism and potentially unsafe area.
