    Really lovely staff and a good location - less than 10min from the station (be sure to exit from the Hachijo east exit. We accidentally exited from the front entrance and it took us ages to work out how to get to the right street). The rooms were fairly small, but well appointed and very quiet.

    The beds and pillows were a little biit hard

    Great value for those who need individual rooms.

    Compact and close enough to the Kyoto station. Individual rooms to stay and relax. Laundromat is a few blocks away.

    Everything felt clean, except somehow the bathroom was smelly, which I didn’t like at all.
