    立地がとても良かった。施設外観はキレイなアパートでした。

    フローリングは髪の毛だらけ、浴槽も水を抜いただけで髪の毛が浴槽の周りにたくさんついていて汚かった。キッチンには使った後のコップが洗われずにそのままなっていた。施設の清掃がどのようにされているのか不信感が残りました。

    Clean and spacious apartment near train station

    Very nice, spacious and simple apartment with comfy beds and, big bathroom and a kitchen with essential cooking tools. The apartment is in a quiet area 2 minutes walk from the nearest station. Great value and would definitely recommend!

    I did not receive the number I needed in order to enter the complex and open the entrance door, but luckily another tenant arrived at the same time as me and so I was able to go in and use the iPads at reception to Check-In. There is no physical person at reception to check you in, but you can call a real person through the iPad at any time of the night or the day and they can help you to complete the check-in process.

    また使います。とにかく快適。

    家族5人でユニバ旅行の際に利用しました。 とにかく安くて快適。

    予約番号が送られてきたものが違っていて、チェックインに手間取ったことだけ。スタッフの対応は遠隔でしたがとても丁寧でした。

    ２回目の利用になります。 家族旅行では、宿泊費をなるべくおさえたい我が家には料金も条件も最高でした。 部屋に洗濯機があり、浴室乾燥機があるので、洗濯がすぐ出来て子供がいる旅行には本当によかった。 駅も近いしスーパーも近く、本当に便利な場所。 また、大阪に旅行に行く際は利用させて頂きます。

    キッチンの掃除をもう少し丁寧にして頂きたいです。 前回利用よりは、綺麗だった。
