It was a nice small place located perfectly close from food, the fushimi inari shrine and transit.
The location, price and cleanliness was perfect for our plans to visit the fushimi inari shrine and night market in the area. a great place to visit and see Kyoto in a more traditional way without the business of city center and traffic. great bus and train distance too.
The home is pretty small overall so just a fair warning if you are trying to do laundry, there aren't a lot of places to hang them up to dry unless you take most of the kitchen/main first floor area. There was no parking (this was mentioned ahead of time) so you have to find some nearby and pay the night fare. That said, it was still a great stay overall.

京都観光の拠点としては、コスパは充分です。
交通の便が良かった。
設備の確認が若干不十分だった。（風呂の排水不良、テレビの設定不良、ドライヤー動作不良）
