    The place was clean inside and out. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was cold at breakfast but wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

    Coffee at 6am breakfast was cold. Had to stop somewhere else to get hot coffee. Closed captions for the TV was not available from the remote.

    I really liked the room and the bed was comfortable. I I liked that it had a little living room and had a good fridge/freezer combo. Overall, just a clean comfortable place for the money. Also, they had a great grass area in the back for the dogs. They really enjoyed that. Great space to throw the ball after a long drive.

    Plug the waffle maker in. People don’t think very well without their Coffee.
