Big room, with all necessary items and options. Good sound-absorption in the room. Very kind and cooperative staff, especially administrator - Sertac

It was a very sad situation with the breakfast. the time of breakfast was placed from 07-30 till 10-30. We have came to breakfast at 9-50, but many dishes were finished and didn't renew

Very helpful receptionist and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good as it's only 3 minutes to the metro station. Use exit 3 at the metro to get very easy access to the hotel. Few restaurants around but doesn't matter as well connected by metro. All hotel facilities were excellent

Housekeeping staff are forgetful sometimes and need attention. The facility however and the reception staff were wonderful

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sila and Yağmur for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made me feel very welcome and helped make my stay even better. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
