We had a hurricane and could not come to the conference. You folks refused to give us a refund. We are a small nonprofit that helps people. We will never use you again.

    Location was good

Room was tired and dated and the fridge unusable, the lift also broke and was not fixed nor was a sign put up to explain it was broken.
