    Was best time with Mr shalik and his staff. He doesn't speak untill you speak openly. He is wild man. He know everything. He win our heart. Staff is great like shalik. I will stay forever in this hotel. Shalik had organize our tour and small trekking too.

    They double booked with no prior notice

    Nothing

    The hotel double booked, didnt inform us regarding the non availability of the rooms that we had opted for till we actually were handed over keys to a smaller alternative room. Had messaged the timing of arrival to owner as well but had to realize the situation after reaching the hotel upon travelling for hours in the rain. The owner and staff were of no help, put us in a take it or leave it situation with no regard for their mistake.
