    heating was good but the property looked tired.

    mice inside the house mouse droppings on floor in 2 locations. no bottle opener in kitchen drawers. cobwebs on windows.

    Proximity to town. Privacy.

    Water was disgusting. Check weeds growing in water tanks. Some potential, needs TLC, hand rails at steps from decking. Lighting was abysmal. Laundry dark and no washing powder for machine. Would not recommend although beds were well dressed for photos..

    Excellent stay, close to all attractions, easy access to the property.

    Location and openness

    Not having a clothes dryer or airer as we got caught in a downpour and had limited options for drying clothes for four adults, and tricky loading the car between showers as no under cover area.

    Location was fantastic Close enough to everything but still had privacy Plenty of land for the children to run around on and explore

    The mice problem 😬 If you are terrified of mice I do not recommend Had traps out and caught multiple a night The water also had a really off-putting smell to it
