Overall, I would recommend this apartment!
Overall, I was very satisfied with the apartment. Everything was good, apart from the strong smell of mould. Special thanks to Simon, who always responded promptly to our calls. I am also very grateful that we were allowed to leave our luggage at the apartment for a few extra hours after check-out. If I have the opportunity to visit Venice again, I would gladly stay in this apartment again.
The apartment looked much larger in the photos than it actually was. If you have a lot of luggage, the space may feel a little cramped. The shower could also use a small shelf for shampoo and other toiletries. I am not particularly demanding and do not want to nitpick. However, the one major drawback was the excessive dampness, which caused a very strong smell of mould — extremely strong. I understand that this may be common in ground-floor apartments in Venice. Every day, we had to open all the windows and leave them open until the evening just to make the smell a little less intense.

Ottima posizione in un quartiere tranquillo e abbastanza vicino ad Arsenale nord dove dovevo recarmi tutti i giorni. Simone è stato chiaro nella descrizione del ceck in e si è reso disponibile per ogni evenienza.

Sauber, gute Kommunikation
Viele Bereiche dürfen "nicht berührt" werden, kaum Platz um Sachen abzulegen. Ein Kasten ist nicht zu öffnen. Zwei Lampen haben offene Stromkabel!!!! Eine Kochstelle emitiert Gas, aber zündet nicht!!!! LEBENSGEFAHR! Die DROHUNG, es werde Geld einbehalten, wenn irgendein Fehler seitens des Gastes begangen würde!!!!
